Jane, Kennel Technician
I was born and raised Edmond, and go by she / her pronouns. I graduated Edmond North High School in 2005, joined the Danforth Animal team in 2006 as a kennel technician, and received a Bachelor's in English Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2009. In addition to working at Danforth, I've served as Director of Communications for Edmond Pride since November of 2017, and have been on an event planning committee for the non-profit Free Mom Hugs since August 2018. I am also an occasional guest lecturer at The Diversity Center of Oklahoma where I assist the local transgender community with necessary legal services such as name changes and obtaining updated identification, and have spoken on several panels about transgender rights at the University of Central Oklahoma. In the past I've also written for a political commentary blog, worked on a social media project for a large online news network, and assisted in managing a non-profit that promoted size acceptance. Outside of my volunteer work, I also enjoy cooking, traveling, musicals, and writing in my journal.

I joined the Danforth Animal Hospital team in April 2018. As a receptionist I get the opportunity to visit with each wonderful pet that walks in our doors. My favorite part of the job is watching the joyful, undeniable connection between the animals and their humans.
I graduated with a Psychology degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 2018. When I am not working I like to play with my cats Handsome Prince, Miss Weenie, Roscoe, and Seymore. I also enjoy spending time on the mats doing Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Hello there! My name is Kassidi and I joined Danforth Animal in August 2018. I work as a receptionist but I have previous experience as a veterinary clinic assistant. In my free time, I have a passion for studio art. I graduated from a fine arts high school in Oklahoma City. I have lived my entire life in Oklahoma, but I love to travel and experience new places. I also love to spend time with my Akita mix Turtle, and my Chihuahua and Pug mix Sawyer.
